Second generation - Marcus Chan, carries the memories, values and vision of his late parents. For him, the building is more than an inheritance. The intention was never to erase what came before, but to give it new purpose.

Today, its distinctive architecture is being carefully preserved while new spaces, modern functions and contemporary design are woven into the original building.

Once largely a private place, Wisma Equity is opening itself to the city — welcoming new people, ideas and experiences while keeping the character that has defined it for decades.

More than a renovation, this is an act of continuity — a family legacy carried forward and a familiar presence in Kuala Lumpur finding new purpose.
